With the strategy in place, we designed the user experience around one primary goal-making it as easy as possible for patients to find information and book an appointment. We established a clear visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused layouts before designing every page of the website. Responsive mobile experiences were created after the desktop designs were approved to ensure consistency across all devices.
