Integritas ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit integritas.agency or contact us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We have deliberately kept our data collection minimal — we do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and our own website analytics works without cookies.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the project details you write in the message field, and the budget range you select. If you contact us by email or arrange a call, we collect whatever information you choose to share.
- Website analytics data: for every page view we record the page URL, the referring website, any UTM campaign tags in the link, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your visit came from. We also record a one-way hashed identifier derived from your IP address and user-agent (see section 3) — we never store your raw IP address.
- Engagement signals: while a page is open, your browser sends a short signal roughly every 30 seconds so we can tell how long the page was actually read and whether anyone is currently on the site. Alongside it we record how far down the page you scrolled, how many times you clicked, how many times you scrolled, and how often the mouse pointer changed direction. These counters also let us separate automated traffic (crawlers and scanners) from real visitors. We record counts only — never pointer coordinates, never which keys you press, and never the content of anything you type. This uses no cookies and cannot be used to identify you.
- Google Analytics data (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard measurement data and sets cookies on your device. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and no such cookies are set.
- Session recordings (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we also record how you interact with the pages you visit — which pages you open, where you click, how far you scroll, and how your mouse moves — so that we can replay a visit and see where the site is confusing. Everything you type is replaced with asterisks in your browser before anything is sent to us, so the contents of the contact form are never captured. Recordings are not linked to your name and are deleted automatically after 7 days. If you decline, nothing is recorded.
We do not collect payment or billing information through this website, and we do not ask for special category data (such as health, biometric, or political information).
2. How We Use Your Information, and Our Legal Basis
- To respond to your enquiry — we use the details you submit through the contact form to reply, prepare an estimate, and discuss your project. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To measure and improve our website — we use aggregated, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors have trouble. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving our website, balanced against your privacy by the safeguards in section 3.
- Google Analytics measurement — legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 3).
- Session recording — to understand where visitors struggle with the layout or navigation. Legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 3).
- To meet legal obligations — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Our own analytics does not use cookies at all. Instead of storing an identifier on your device, we generate a one-way hash from your IP address and browser user-agent combined with a secret value that we rotate every 24 hours. This lets us count visits and sessions without identifying you, and because the salt changes daily, the identifier cannot be linked to you across different days. The raw IP address is discarded immediately and never written to our database. Nothing is stored on or read from your device for this purpose, so no consent is required for it.
Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept. When you first visit, our cookie banner offers "Accept" and "Decline" as equally available choices. Google Analytics — and the cookies it sets — will not load until you choose "Accept". If you choose "Decline", or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. To change your decision, clear your browser's site data for integritas.agency; the banner will then appear again and you can choose differently.
Where Google Analytics is used with your consent, Google acts as a separate controller for that data and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read Google's own privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only in these situations:
- Contact form delivery: when you submit the form, its contents are delivered to our team by email and as a message to our private team chat on Telegram. These providers process the message solely to deliver it to us.
- Infrastructure providers: our website hosting and email provider process data on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver mail.
- Google Analytics: only if you have accepted analytics cookies, as described in section 3.
- Legal requirements: if we are required to disclose information by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
- Business transfers: if Integritas is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Cookieless analytics records are kept in aggregate. Because the visitor hash is regenerated with a new salt every 24 hours, these records stop being linkable to any individual after that period.
- Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's own retention settings.
- Session recordings are deleted automatically 7 days after they are made.
6. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including serving the entire site over HTTPS, storing analytics identifiers only as irreversible hashes, and limiting access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep it.
- Objection and restriction: object to or ask us to restrict processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time, as described in section 3.
- Complain: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. Please note that our cookieless analytics records cannot be traced back to an individual visitor by design, so we are generally unable to locate or delete them on request.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website links to external sites, including our profiles on platforms such as Clutch, Behance, Dribbble, and Awwwards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be published on this page.
